Harassment Policy


Our group companies are committed to promoting Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) to ensure smooth business operations and to cultivate a healthy and productive workplace environment. We respect human rights in all our business activities and prohibit any of our officers or employees from engaging in discriminatory treatment, harassment, or any behavior that undermines individual dignity or character. We do not tolerate discrimination or actions that infringe upon personal dignity based on nationality, gender, race, creed, age, social status, family origin, ethnicity, religion, disability, or any other attribute.

  1. Definitions

    We define DE&I as follows:

    Diversity

    Respecting and valuing all differences among individuals—including nationality, gender, race, creed, age, social status, family origin, ethnicity, religion, disability, and personal background—and recognizing the inherent value in those differences.

    Equity

    Creating an environment in which diverse individuals can thrive by providing opportunities tailored to their unique characteristics, ensuring fair evaluation, and establishing equitable goals.

    Inclusion

    Fostering a workplace where every individual can contribute and succeed, regardless of differences in nationality, culture, or personal background.

  2. Goals and Initiatives

    We are committed to the following goals and initiatives:

    1. Establishing DE&I policies, strategies, and implementation plans

    In order to respect the diverse culture and background of our workforce given its multinational composition, we have defined DE&I policies within our compliance guidelines and formulated plans to promote DE&I throughout the Group.

    2. Leadership acting as a role-model for DE&I values

    Our management team takes the lead in demonstrating respect for diversity and serves as a role model, actively communicating the importance of DE&I throughout the organization.

    3. Building a corporate culture of psychological safety and inclusion

    We aim to create an environment where all employees can express their views freely and with confidence. This includes designing workspaces that accommodate individual needs and establishing opportunities for one-on-one dialogue between management and employees.

    4. Recruiting and developing diverse talents

    We proactively engage in diverse hiring practices and provide fair opportunities for growth, development, and career advancement.

    5. Ensuring transparency and conducting evaluations and feedbacks regularly

    We state our DE&I promotion structure within our group companies and continuously review our efforts based on regular manager-employee meetings, self-assessments, and other feedback mechanisms.

    6. Providing education and training, and addressing unconscious bias systematically

    We conduct annual compliance training for all group companies to ensure DE&I principles are thoroughly understood and integrated. Ongoing dissemination of compliance-related information further enhances employee awareness, including awareness related to DE&I.

  3. Commitment to Eliminating Harassment

    Our compliance guidelines strictly prohibit harassment and all forms of discrimination. Management leads by example and strictly states commitment to eradicating such behavior. We have established a Compliance Committee to oversee and review our guidelines, and we maintain internal consultation channels as well as monitoring by our Human Resources department and the Committee to prevent harassment and discriminatory conduct. We also operate secure reporting systems with fairness and integrity, supported by continuous education and training.
