Hirohide Sato

Hirohide Sato is the Director of ASA Accounting. In 2016, he joined ASA as a managing member in charge of Strategic Planning and HR and General Affairs.
Prior to ASA, he spent 15 years at a U.S. real estate fund and a business investment fund and now invests in several companies of his own. In addition to consulting for SMEs, he serves as an executive of several companies.
Hirokazu Ando

Hirokazu Ando is a Corporate Officer of ASA Group. Since joining in 2008, he has provided ongoing management support of real estate securitization SPCs. He also opened our first regional office in Fukuoka. In 2021, he became director of ASA Reporting Professional. In 2024, he became director of ASA FACTOR and corporate officer of ASA Group. Prior to ASA, he was an accountant in the travel industry.

Ayumi Gennai is a Corporate Officer of ASA Group. Since joining in 2017, she has been involved with HR and personnel affairs. She became Corporate Officer in 2022. Prior to ASA, she worked for a consulting firm that dealt with hotel turnarounds and hotel management. After that, she was in an HR role at a shared service provider of HR, accounting, and finance.
