Our "Project AAC" provides mainly asset management service as well as related tax, accounting, cash management, construction management services.

We pursue sustainability of real estate and provide wide-range solutions approached from asset management and accounting and construction cost management, aiming to increase value environmentally and improve cost-performance. AAC's contribution increases real estate profitability in order to maximize investor's benefit.
